Insomnia, sleep apnea and other sleep disorders need to be assessed and treated. ᅠSleep deprivation can be curbed by adopting simple healthy habits like sleeping in a well-ventilated room, keeping a calm and peaceful environment, avoiding coffee, alcohol in the evenings.
