However to avoid eating and drinking alcohol 2-3 hours before bedtime and optimizing one’s nasal breathing may help you sleep better.

Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome are the most common conditions of sleep disorders.  Before contemplating any invasive solutions like surgery try the CPAP machine and/or Dental Devices.
