Serena Williams Suffers from Insomnia

Tennis Star Serena Williams suffers from Insomnia and she can go with little sleep just ike her father.  She is endorsing some type of strip sheets that contain small amounts of the hormone melatonin, goji berry , chamomille extract  and  l-theanine.

Dr. Laurence Engelberg, the medical director of the Sleep Apnea Center of Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip  suggests practising good sleep hygiene such as not watching tv in the bedroom, putting away electronic devices and avoiding caffeinated drinks after 3 pm.

If you keep waking at night and having trouble to stay asleep that could indicate sleep apnea and other health problems.
